Role Overview
Fever is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to play a key role within the Finance Department, leading group-level reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
This role partners closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, improve planning processes, and support strategic decision-making across a fast-growing, international organization.
The position requires strong ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead global forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
- Improve financial visibility and planning accuracy across the organization
Corporate Reporting & Executive Insights
- Lead preparation of monthly group management accounts and executive reporting
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity of financial information across regions and business units
- Deliver timely, decision-ready insights to senior leadership
Performance Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs, variances, and performance trends
- Conduct root-cause analysis to explain performance drivers
- Identify improvement opportunities across business units
Process Improvement & FP&A Evolution
- Challenge and enhance FP&A processes to build an agile and scalable function
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency and data reliability
Strategic & Investor Support
- Support investor reporting, board materials, and quarterly updates
- Assist with due diligence processes related to financing rounds or M&A activities
- Contribute to cross-functional finance projects and senior-level analyses
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking
- STEM background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with sound business judgment
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Preferred
- Experience in investment banking, transactions, or consulting
- Experience supporting financing rounds or M&A processes
Work Environment
This role is based in Madrid with home-office flexibility. Collaboration with global teams and occasional travel may be required.
