Role Overview
A leading global SaaS company specializing in product development software is hiring a Senior Product Success Manager. This role is ideal for experienced product managers who prefer working directly with customers rather than owning product requirements or development execution.
This is a highly consultative, customer-facing position where you will guide product teams at some of the world’s most innovative companies on how to improve their product development practices using industry-leading tools and frameworks. Product management experience is required, along with a strong preference for customer interaction and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and high-growth product teams
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success with the platform
- Provide consultative support on product strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, and idea management
- Help customers navigate procurement, legal, and security processes from demo to active subscription
- Advise on integrations with development and delivery tools
- Share customer insights and feedback internally to influence product direction
- Test new features and functionality as needed
- Mentor and support newer team members in customer engagements and demos
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role
- Direct experience defining, managing, or launching software products
- Strong background in modern product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®, or hybrid approaches)
- Experience influencing or contributing to go-to-market strategies
- Ability to quickly learn complex software platforms and workflows
- Excellent written communication skills, including documentation and best-practice guides
- Proven ability to independently solve complex, ambiguous problems
- Strong preference for customer engagement over hands-on product development work
