This role will be responsible for designing, administering, and optimizing sales incentive programs that align revenue performance with business objectives.

The position plays a critical role in ensuring sales compensation plans are competitive, scalable, and accurately executed. Working closely with Finance, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and HR, the Sales Compensation Specialist will provide analysis, reporting, and operational excellence that directly impacts sales productivity, retention, and revenue efficiency.
