Position Overview
CNH Industrial is seeking a North America Logistics Controller to provide financial leadership, compliance oversight, and performance management for all North American logistics activities. Reporting to the Global Logistics Controller, this role leads a regional finance team and partners closely with Operations to ensure accurate financial execution, cost control, and compliance with tariffs and trade regulations.
This position plays a critical role in aligning regional logistics finance with global strategy while managing significant financial risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead North America logistics financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance activities
- Oversee financial exposure related to tariffs, duties, and trade compliance
- Manage, mentor, and develop a regional team of logistics finance professionals
- Partner closely with North America Operations and Global Logistics Finance leadership
- Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives
- Drive continuous process improvements aligned with global standards
- Advise management on financial implications of laws, regulations, and trade requirements
- Analyze revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow
- Conduct financial and economic analyses related to outsourcing, capital investments, facilities, and process changes
- Define assumptions and methodologies for evaluating investments, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Perform economic and financial research to support business strategy development and performance evaluation
- Prepare statistical studies and economic forecasts, translating findings into actionable insights
- Establish and monitor standard cost approaches and cost reduction programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including people management responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA and/or MBA
- Strong expertise in logistics, freight, tariffs, and trade compliance
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
- Advanced knowledge of ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Compensation
- Annual salary range: USD $105,750 – $155,100
- Salary is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors
- Eligible for applicable bonus programs
