About the Opportunity
This opportunity is with Uncapped, a fast-growing fintech company supporting ambitious founders by providing flexible working capital solutions. The company operates at the intersection of e-commerce and alternative financing, partnering with some of the world’s largest platforms, including Amazon and Walmart.
Uncapped is expanding its commercial team and is seeking an experienced Account Executive to work closely with founders and senior decision-makers at high-growth brands and retailers across Europe. This role offers the chance to make a direct and measurable impact on company growth while working in a dynamic, performance-driven sales environment.
Role Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to deal activation. This is a quota-carrying role suited for a high performer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong client relationships.
You’ll own a pipeline of funding opportunities, collaborate closely with underwriting partners, and position Uncapped’s product as a compelling alternative to traditional financing options.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to deal activation
- Proactively source leads through multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Engage with Founders, CEOs, and CFOs of fast-growing brands and retailers
- Partner with the Underwriting team to tailor funding solutions to client needs
- Act as a subject matter expert on working capital and alternative funding solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, systems, and efficiency
- Share customer insights to support product development and refinement
- Drive both new business and incremental revenue growth through proactive account management
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B closing role within technology or financial services
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in quota-driven, high-growth environments
- Strong interest in the e-commerce and digital retail ecosystem
- Confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Solid analytical skills combined with commercial and financial acumen
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
- Tenacious, proactive, and self-motivated approach to sales
