Compensation: £105,000 – £115,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity
Job Overview
A Director, Regional Marketing – EMEA opportunity is available with Huntress, a global, fully remote cybersecurity company. This senior leadership role is responsible for owning and executing all regional marketing initiatives across EMEA, including demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and strategic events.
The position plays a critical role in driving regional growth, increasing brand visibility, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales and global marketing objectives. The role involves managing a regional marketing team and requires approximately 40% travel.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Own, develop, and execute EMEA regional demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
- Analyze regional performance data and translate dashboard insights into clear assessments of risks, opportunities, and overall market health
- Localize global marketing campaigns to ensure cultural and regional relevance
- Collaborate with global marketing teams on paid media, email campaigns, and content syndication
- Partner with webinar and virtual events teams to deliver thought leadership and lead generation initiatives
- Work with content teams to develop localized assets such as case studies and blogs
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Security teams to deliver funnel-stage messaging across products, verticals, and accounts
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
- Own and manage the regional marketing budget
Regional Strategic Events
- Develop and execute EMEA strategic event marketing strategies aligned with sales and revenue objectives
- Partner with Strategic Events, Product Marketing, and Brand & Creative teams on event experiences and booth design
- Align event themes and messaging with sales and marketing strategies
- Identify priority cities and target accounts for field activations in collaboration with sales and marketing operations
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and sponsored industry events
- Manage event follow-up and lead handoff processes to accelerate pipeline growth
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional marketing professionals
- Set clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans
- Establish KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Continuously optimize regional marketing strategies based on performance data
- Manage and allocate regional marketing budgets to maximize impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Global Campaigns teams
- Work with regional and territory sales leaders to tailor marketing strategies to market needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Demand Generation, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, events, or related roles, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Strong knowledge of EMEA markets, cultural nuances, and regional marketing best practices
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing marketing teams
- Demonstrated success executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive revenue
- Experience planning and executing webinars, strategic events, roadshows, and regional events
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Budget management experience with a focus on ROI
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time
