Compensation: €115,000 – €125,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity
Job Overview
A Director, Regional Marketing – EMEA position is available with Huntress, a global, fully remote cybersecurity company. This senior leadership role is responsible for owning and executing all regional marketing activities across EMEA, with a strong focus on demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and strategic events.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and includes managing a team of regional marketers while collaborating closely with sales, channel teams, and global marketing functions. Approximately 40% travel is required.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Own, develop, and execute regional demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness across EMEA
- Assess regional performance and translate dashboard data into clear insights on risks, opportunities, and overall market health
- Localize global marketing campaigns to ensure regional and cultural relevance
- Collaborate with global marketing teams on paid media, email campaigns, and content syndication
- Partner with webinar teams to deliver virtual events and thought leadership programs
- Work with content teams to create localized assets, including case studies and blogs
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Security teams to deliver funnel-stage messaging across products, verticals, and accounts
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
- Own and manage the EMEA regional marketing budget
Regional Strategic Events
- Develop and execute comprehensive EMEA event marketing strategies aligned with sales and revenue objectives
- Collaborate with Strategic Events, Product Marketing, and Brand & Creative teams on event design and experiences
- Align event themes and messaging with broader marketing and sales strategies
- Identify priority cities and target accounts for field activations in partnership with sales leadership and marketing operations
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and sponsored industry events
- Manage post-event follow-up and lead handoff processes to accelerate pipeline conversion
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional marketing professionals
- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support professional development
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure regional marketing effectiveness
- Analyze ROI and continuously refine strategies for improved outcomes
- Manage regional marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Global Campaign teams
- Work with regional and territory sales leaders to tailor marketing strategies to local market needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Demand Generation, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, events, or related roles, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Strong understanding of EMEA markets, cultural nuances, and regional marketing best practices
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Demonstrated success executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience planning and executing webinars, strategic events, roadshows, and regional marketing programs
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Budget management experience with a focus on ROI and optimization
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% of the time
