Compensation: €54,600 base salary with on-target earnings of €91,000, plus equity
Job Overview
A global cybersecurity company, Huntress, is hiring an Account Manager I to support customers across the EMEA region. This fully remote role is focused on customer retention, renewals, account expansion, and long-term customer success.
The Account Manager will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, increasing product adoption, and driving satisfaction across the Huntress platform. The position works closely with internal sales and marketing teams and engages directly with customers and third-party reseller partners.
Performance in this role is measured through customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering solutions that increase platform adoption and end-user satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within assigned customer accounts
- Support customer retention, renewals, and account expansion initiatives
- Develop creative and effective ways to engage customers
- Collaborate with internal sales leadership and marketing teams to support customer success
- Work with third-party reseller and channel partners to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in direct customer sales within a VAR or channel ecosystem
- Experience working with mid-market or SMB customers
- Strong background in SaaS environments; cybersecurity experience preferred
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong customer-focused and partner-oriented mindset
- Ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and execute efficiently
