Compensation: £140,000–£151,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity
Job Overview
A global cybersecurity company, Huntress, is seeking a Senior Manager, Community (EMEA) to lead regional community strategy and serve as a senior liaison within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will oversee EMEA community initiatives, represent the company at industry events, and build strong relationships with high-value MSP partners to support brand visibility, partner loyalty, and revenue growth.
The position is fully remote within the UK and requires frequent travel across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Regional Management
- Contribute to and execute regional growth strategies for high-value EMEA accounts in partnership with global community leadership
- Lead special initiatives and programs aligned with global business objectives
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new EMEA markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, SDR, and Partner Success teams
- Act as the internal advocate for EMEA MSP partners, sharing insights and feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Community Engagement & Individual Contribution
- Maintain a strong, high-touch presence at EMEA industry events, peer groups, and channel communities
- Support revenue teams by ensuring strategic prospect accounts are actively engaged
- Plan and deliver educational sessions and events (virtual and in-person) focused on cybersecurity trends and partner growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with MSP owners, peer group leaders, and industry influencers
- Design and execute creative partner engagement initiatives that drive loyalty and long-term relationships
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in community management within the MSP or channel ecosystem
- Strong public speaking and executive-level presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the MSP business model and cybersecurity landscape
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives independently
- Strong organizational, time management, and project leadership skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel and 1–2 trips to the US annually
