Compensation: €143,000–€153,500 base salary, plus bonus and equity
Job Overview
Huntress is seeking a Senior Manager, Community (EMEA) to lead regional community strategy and act as a senior, high-visibility representative within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on community engagement. You will own regional initiatives, represent Huntress at industry events, and build trusted relationships with MSP leaders to drive product awareness, partner loyalty, and revenue impact across EMEA.
The position is fully remote within Ireland and requires frequent regional and international travel.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Regional Management
- Support the development and execution of EMEA growth strategies for high-value partner and prospect accounts
- Lead regional initiatives and special projects aligned with global community and business priorities
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new EMEA markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, SDR, and Partner Success teams
- Serve as the internal advocate for EMEA MSP partners, synthesizing feedback for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Community Engagement & Individual Contribution
- Maintain a consistent, high-touch presence at EMEA industry events, peer groups, and channel communities
- Support revenue teams by engaging high-value prospect accounts and helping bring them into the sales cycle
- Plan and execute educational programs and events (virtual and in-person) focused on cybersecurity trends and partner growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with MSP owners, peer group leaders, and industry influencers
- Design and deliver creative partner engagement initiatives that drive loyalty and long-term connection
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in community management within the MSP or channel ecosystem
- Strong executive-level presence with the ability to present confidently on stage, virtually, and in private settings
- Deep understanding of the MSP business model and cybersecurity landscape
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives independently
- Strong organizational, time management, and project leadership skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including 1–2 international trips to the US annually
