Position Overview
Bolt.new by StackBlitz is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to own and scale the company’s brand voice, content strategy, and thought leadership. This is a foundational role responsible for translating company strategy into compelling narratives, campaigns, and content systems that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on capable of building a high-impact content engine while producing and overseeing high-quality editorial output. This role works closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Community teams to ensure content aligns with key product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Narrative Strategy
- Define and evolve how Bolt shows up in the market through clear, consistent storytelling
- Architect content narratives and programs that position Bolt as a category leader
- Translate company strategy and product priorities into cohesive messaging and campaigns
Content Creation & Editorial Ownership
- Own and manage the editorial calendar across blog, newsletter, case studies, and social channels
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content that drives education, engagement, and thought leadership
- Maintain strong editorial standards while executing quickly in a fast-paced environment
Content Systems & Distribution
- Build scalable content processes and systems to support long-term growth
- Oversee content distribution across owned channels including email and social media
- Optimize reach, consistency, and performance across platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to support launches and GTM moments
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align messaging and priorities
- Support and amplify community-driven content, success stories, and partnerships
Team & Program Development
- Lay the foundation for a small, high-output content and community team
- Develop repeatable programs that scale content creation and engagement over time
Qualifications
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand storytelling roles
- Strong writing, editing, and narrative development skills
- Experience managing content calendars, programs, or campaigns end-to-end
- Comfortable collaborating with leadership and cross-functional partners
- Ability to balance speed of execution with high editorial quality
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience creating content for AI tools, product managers, or developer audiences
- Background in community led growth or content tied to events and partnerships
- Experience producing or overseeing multi-format content (video, social, long-form, educational series)
- Familiarity with startup or high-velocity operating environments
