Position Overview
Spotify is seeking an experienced Client Partner to join its Emerging & Scaled Ad Sales team, one of the fastest-growing units within Spotify’s global sales organization. This role focuses on consultative selling, strategic account growth, and revenue generation across multiple verticals, with an emphasis on helping advertisers unlock the full power of Spotify’s advertising platform.
The ideal candidate is a strategic seller and compelling storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships. This role plays a critical part in shaping how advertisers connect with Spotify’s global audience through innovative ad solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Lead consultative sales conversations that align Spotify’s advertising solutions with client business objectives
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries
- Inspire clients through strategic vision, storytelling, and deep platform expertise
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Proactively identify and develop high-potential opportunities to grow a strong sales pipeline
- Own and exceed ambitious revenue targets through entrepreneurial, data-driven sales strategies
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across Spotify’s evolving ad product portfolio
Sales Execution & Proposals
- Craft and present compelling, insight-driven sales proposals using Spotify research, data, and platform innovations
- Manage multiple complex deal cycles simultaneously with strong prioritization and organization
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to optimize results
- Provide clear reporting and strategic recommendations to improve advertiser outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to develop holistic client strategies
- Contribute to internal alignment on platform capabilities and advertiser feedback
Required Qualifications
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or ad tech environments
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and consistently drive revenue growth
- Experience selling into the Netherlands and/or Nordic markets is strongly preferred
- Audio advertising experience is a plus

Language Requirements
