Role Overview
Paragon Healthcare is seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow sales activities within a defined territory. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to client sites, healthcare facilities, and partner locations, with occasional in-office attendance for meetings or training.
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the territory to be considered, in line with the company’s hybrid workforce policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, infusion clinics, skilled nursing facilities, urgent care centers, and payors
- Manage all sales activities for assigned lines of business, such as home infusion therapy and infusion center services
- Collaborate with leadership to develop territory sales forecasts and performance goals
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including those involving private insurance and government-funded plans
- Address and help resolve customer service issues within the assigned territory
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to negotiate agreements and close deals
- Monitor and report on competitive activity and market trends
- Support the development and execution of competitive sales strategies
- Represent the organization professionally in all regional sales and networking activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare sales strongly preferred
- Familiarity with infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare environments is a plus
Work Environment & Requirements
- Primarily field-based with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory
- Occasional on-site attendance required for meetings or training
- Candidates must live within commuting distance of the territory unless a legal accommodation applies
