🧩 Role Overview
As a Mid-Market Account Executive (Growth Specialist), you will drive new customer acquisition and expansion by combining inbound lead engagement with proactive prospecting. Using consultative selling, you’ll help mid-sized companies understand how HubSpot supports growth while managing a full-cycle sales process and building a strong pipeline.

- Position HubSpot’s platform and Inbound methodology to mid-sized businesses
- Educate prospects through the buyer’s journey and value realization
- Prospect and develop new pipeline alongside inbound opportunities
- Qualify business goals to determine strategic fit
- Close new and expansion business at or above quota
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on go-to-market strategy
- Partner with Business Development Representatives to grow pipeline
