Compensation: £49,200 base salary with on-target earnings of £82,000, plus equity
Job Overview
An Account Manager I opportunity is available with Huntress, a fully remote cybersecurity company. This role supports customers across the EMEA region and focuses on customer retention, expansion, satisfaction, and long-term success.
The Account Manager will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, driving renewals, expanding account value, and ensuring customers achieve maximum benefit from Huntress’ cybersecurity platform. This position involves close collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams, as well as regular engagement with customers and reseller partners.
Success in this role is measured through customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering solutions that increase platform adoption, end-user satisfaction, and service quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within assigned customer accounts
- Drive customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Develop creative and effective customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with internal sales leadership and marketing teams to support customer success initiatives
- Work with third-party reseller and channel partners to ensure aligned customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in direct customer sales, preferably within a VAR or channel-driven ecosystem
- Experience supporting mid-market or SMB customers
- Strong background in SaaS environments; cybersecurity experience preferred
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong customer- and partner-focused mindset
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize effectively, and execute with urgency
