Role Overview
Supabase is hiring a Brand Designer to help shape and elevate its visual identity across multiple channels. This role focuses on creating compelling visual storytelling for presentations, printed materials, conference assets, video content (including YouTube), and brand experiences such as events and swag.
Working closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, Customer Success, and Enterprise teams, the Brand Designer will play a key role in how Supabase is perceived by its global developer community. The position offers opportunities to lead creative initiatives, propose new ideas, and execute designs that are consistent, memorable, and impactful across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver brand assets across decks, print, digital, video, and event materials
- Translate ideas and concepts into cohesive visual narratives that align with Supabase’s brand identity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, DevRel, and Events
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all channels and formats
- Lead and execute creative projects ranging from presentations to printed materials and conference assets
- Ensure high design quality, attention to detail, and visual consistency
- Contribute ideas proactively and help raise the overall standard of visual communication
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience creating presentations using tools like Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, or similar
- Strong visual storytelling skills across print, digital, video, and social media formats
- Solid understanding of branding principles and visual identity systems
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to design quality
- Familiarity with print design and materials (e.g., paper weights and finishes)
