Key Responsibilities:
- – Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat and phone calls
- – Work with the customer care team to identify bugs and escalate appropriately
- – Pass along customer feedback to internal teams
- – Assist with side projects as needed

– 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- – Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRMs a plus
