About the Opportunity
This position is with Haley Automotive Group of Central Virginia, Virginia’s oldest automotive group, operating 11 dealerships across Richmond, Roanoke, and Farmville. The organization represents major automotive brands including Toyota, Volvo, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Ford, and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram.
They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership at the C-suite level. This hybrid role is ideal for a highly organized, dependable professional with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid Executive & Strategic Assistant role, supporting a senior executive with high-level administrative, analytical, and communication responsibilities. Rather than traditional clerical support, this position functions as a trusted operational partner—helping manage priorities, streamline workflows, and support strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable balancing both analytical tasks and creative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Presentation Support
- Assist with the preparation of executive presentations and professional materials
Reporting & Analysis
- Support reporting, data organization, and executive-level analysis
Professional Brand & Social Media Management
- Assist with managing professional social media presence and related analytics
Calendar, Event & Schedule Coordination
- Manage calendars, meetings, and event logistics with precision
Community & Nonprofit Engagement
- Coordinate activities and communication related to nonprofit and community initiatives
General Executive Support
- Anticipate executive needs, manage priorities, and ensure smooth daily operations
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Advanced calendar and scheduling management skills
- Experience with social media management
