Role Overview
Oura is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Partner to support its Product Leadership Organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role operates at the intersection of Global Administration and Product, serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders including the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Head of Science.
This position is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, global environments and is comfortable working closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence and organizational alignment.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid; requires working onsite 1–2 days per week in either New York or Boston.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Organizational Alignment: Act as a bridge between the Global Administration team and the Product organization to ensure seamless operational coordination
- Executive Support: Provide high-level strategic and operational support to the CPO, Head of Science, and Product leadership
- Operational Improvement: Identify organizational inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions before escalation
- Global Coordination: Manage complex scheduling and alignment across multiple time zones, ensuring meetings are productive and outcome-driven
- Program & Project Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives, including global leadership off-sites and strategic planning efforts
- Travel & Confidential Operations: Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel while handling sensitive information with discretion
- Process Optimization: Partner with the Chief of Staff to review and improve administrative systems and policies to support company growth
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior Product/Technology leaders
- Strong strategic thinking and executive partnership capabilities
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence across teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong technical and data-driven mindset, including experience with presentations and operational tools
- Comfort working in a global environment with occasional travel
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range (Market-Based):
- New York Metro Area: $131,000 – $150,000
- Boston Area: $118,000 – $135,000
Final compensation is determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
