Role Overview
Fever is seeking a Client Success Manager Associate to support the Sports team by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients using the Onebox platform.
This role focuses on onboarding support, client communication, and platform guidance while developing skills in B2B relationship management within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The position offers hands-on exposure to client success operations and collaboration with technical and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Client Success Managers with client onboarding and follow-ups
- Help clients understand and effectively use Onebox tools (e.g., Ticket Secure, Flexi Ticket)
- Assist with client requests, configurations, and troubleshooting in coordination with Tech and Product teams
- Collaborate with Client Support to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Contribute to internal process improvements and client documentation updates
- Represent Onebox at local events to ensure smooth on-site operations when required
- Work with senior team members to refine onboarding strategies and client success processes
Qualifications
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or similar roles (internships included)
- Strong communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English
- Tech-savvy with interest in SaaS tools and ticketing platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Based in Barcelona and available for hybrid work
Preferred
- Experience in ticketing, sports, or entertainment industries
- Basic technical troubleshooting or data export knowledge
- Exposure to B2B environments or SaaS products
Work Environment
This hybrid role is based in Barcelona, combining remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration and event support when needed.
