The Opportunity

DAT is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join its Enterprise Sales Team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue retention and growth.

The Key Account Manager oversees the post-contract lifecycle, from initial commitment validation through renewals and expansions, while balancing customer retention with proactive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires strong relationship management, consultative selling skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
