- Base Salary: $45,000
- Incentives: Uncapped monthly sales commission
- Additional Pay: Base salary differential for certified bilingual (Spanish) speakers

Work Location & Schedule
- Hybrid role (in-office + remote)
- Must reside within 50 miles of Plano, TX
- In-office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Remote days: Monday & Friday
- Business hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Candidates must be available to work within operating hours
About the Role
Liberty Mutual is hiring Personal Lines Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls from new and existing customers seeking personal insurance solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for customer service or sales professionals looking to grow their careers with a Fortune 100 company—no prior insurance experience required.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls
- Gather customer information to provide tailored personal insurance quotes
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals
- Manage high call volumes while multitasking efficiently
- Use technology and systems confidently to support sales conversations
Training & Licensing
- Unlicensed training starts: March 23, 2026
- Licensed training starts: April 6, 2026
- Training duration:
- 6 weeks (licensed candidates)
- 8 weeks (candidates obtaining licenses)
- Training hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST
- Paid training provided, including support to obtain:
- Property & Casualty License
- Personal Lines Producer License
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, or insurance experience
- High school diploma required (college preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to talk, type, and navigate systems simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-volume call environment
- Ability to obtain required insurance licenses
- Must live within 50 miles of Plano, TX
