About the Role
EverCommerce is seeking a Product Designer to join EverPro, a product group focused on building a unified platform for small and mid-sized service businesses. This role will primarily support EverPro Edge and Service Nation, with a long-term objective of converging both products into a single, modern platform.
The Product Designer will operate with a high level of autonomy, contributing to product strategy, discovery, and execution while maintaining strong design quality across multiple teams. This role is well suited for designers experienced in complex systems, product unification, and product-led growth (PLG) environments.

Key Responsibilities
Product Unification & Systems Thinking
- Map and unify interaction patterns across EverPro Edge and Service Nation
- Translate business objectives and legacy constraints into scalable UX models
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align workflows, navigation, and information architecture
- Help define the long-term “North Star” experience for a unified platform
AI-Enabled Coaching & Training Design
- Design AI-powered experiences that provide timely insights, guidance, and coaching to SMB owners
- Create intuitive interfaces for personalized recommendations and learning content
- Translate complex business concepts into actionable and easy-to-understand UI patterns
Product-Led Growth (PLG) Design
- Design frictionless flows that drive activation, adoption, and retention
- Collaborate with growth, data, and engineering teams on onboarding and in-product education
- Treat each interaction as an opportunity to deliver value and support expansion
Discovery & Iteration
- Use research, analytics, and customer insights to inform design decisions
- Support Product Managers in defining clear problem statements
- Partner with Engineering to ensure scalable, high-quality implementation
Cross-Product Design Leadership
- Own UX decisions across Edge and Service Nation feature work
- Maintain consistency and quality across multiple product teams
- Introduce standards, processes, and best practices to improve design output
Design System Contribution
- Identify gaps and contribute improvements aligned with the unified roadmap
- Ensure design patterns remain modern, consistent, and engineering-friendly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping UX/UI for complex software products
- Degree in Design, Technology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- Experience working within multi-product or complex system environments
- Strong product thinking with the ability to manage tradeoffs and dependencies
- Proven ability to lead discovery and operate independently
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering partners
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating clarity, simplicity, and high-quality execution
- Experience with PLG patterns, onboarding, and activation design
Preferred (Bonus) Experience
- Experience in the home services or home improvement industry
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and experiments
- Facilitating design sprints or discovery workshops
- Analyzing product analytics, customer feedback, and usage patterns
Location & Work Environment
This role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada. EverCommerce supports remote, hybrid, and in-office work arrangements depending on location. Candidates must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Occasional travel to company offices, including Denver, CO, may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: CAD $100,000 – $115,000 annually (location and experience dependent)
