Job Overview
A Regional Marketing Specialist – APAC role is available with Huntress, a fully remote cybersecurity company. This position is responsible for driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness across the APAC region.
The role blends regional marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and strategic events, with responsibility for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, webinars, and regional events. The specialist will work closely with sales, channel teams, and global marketing partners to ensure APAC initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Execute regional demand generation programs to support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness across APAC
- Localize global marketing campaigns to ensure cultural and regional relevance
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams on paid media, email campaigns, and content syndication
- Partner with webinar teams to deliver webinars, virtual events, and digital experiences that drive thought leadership and lead generation
- Work with content teams to create localized marketing assets such as case studies and blogs
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Security teams to deliver demand-generation messaging across all stages of the funnel
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Demand Generation teams to analyze campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
Regional Marketing Planning & Execution
- Execute comprehensive APAC regional marketing strategies aligned with sales and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with Strategic Events, Product Marketing, and Brand & Creative teams on event experiences and booth design
- Align event themes and messaging with broader marketing and sales strategies
- Partner with marketing operations and sales leadership to identify key cities and target accounts for field activations
- Coordinate the planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and sponsored industry events
- Drive event follow-up and lead handoff processes to accelerate pipeline and conversion
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to align regional marketing initiatives with company revenue goals
- Partner with regional and territory sales leaders to tailor marketing strategies to local market needs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, event management, or related roles, preferably within cybersecurity or SaaS
- Strong understanding of APAC markets, cultural nuances, and regional marketing best practices
- Proven experience executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Demonstrated success planning and executing webinars, corporate events, branded roadshows, and field events
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Analytical approach to measuring and optimizing marketing performance
- Experience managing budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% of the time
