Job Overview
A global cybersecurity company is seeking an experienced Reseller Sales Manager to build and scale its reseller ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling reseller and distribution partners to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. You will work closely with senior sales leadership, marketing, and distribution partners to develop new routes to market, activate partners quickly, and support long-term partner success.
The position is fully remote within Australia and requires regular travel across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment & Enablement
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners across Australia and New Zealand
- Ensure new partners receive the training, tools, and support required to become productive quickly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at reseller and distributor organizations
Channel Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a reseller and distribution strategy aligned with regional revenue targets
- Define partner sales targets, incentives, and joint marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and closed revenue
- Oversee opportunity registration processes to ensure accurate attribution and margin alignment
- Track partner performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching to improve outcomes
Distribution & Go-To-Market Collaboration
- Partner with ANZ distributors to accelerate partner recruitment, enablement, and scale
- Support joint campaigns, roadshows, and regional partner initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing teams on co-branded campaigns and lead-generation programs
Market Representation & Feedback
- Represent the company at industry events, partner days, and regional conferences
- Capture and share real-time market insights and reseller feedback with internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, and/or distribution
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity market, particularly within SMB and commercial segments
- Proven success recruiting and activating reseller partners; existing ANZ reseller relationships preferred
- Experience with Microsoft licensing and security solutions strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior partner stakeholders
- Comfortable managing a large geographic territory in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand
