Role Overview
Fever is seeking a Manager of Account Development to lead and scale its U.S.-based Account Development team. Reporting to the Global Head of Account Development, this role is responsible for driving North American pipeline growth and executing go-to-market strategies.
The position combines leadership, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to build a high-performing outbound and inbound revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Execute and refine the U.S. go-to-market strategy across top- and mid-funnel activities
- Deploy outbound playbooks including ICP segmentation, localized messaging, and outreach sequences
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, onboard, and coach Account Development Representatives (ADRs)
- Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and training to ensure quota attainment and growth
- Build a high-performance culture and develop early-career talent
Operational Excellence
- Oversee inbound lead routing and SLA compliance
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate funnel tracking
- Monitor daily and weekly KPIs including activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline value
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align regional campaigns and territory operations
- Provide feedback loops to optimize messaging and conversion performance
Qualifications
Required
- 2–3+ years in a leadership role within Account Development, SDR, or Sales
- Experience in a fast-growing tech or B2B environment
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline or revenue targets
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing early-career talent
- Strong process execution and CRM management skills (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluency in English
Preferred
- MBA or strong analytical/strategic background
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales environments
- Spanish or French language skills
Work Environment
This role is hybrid and home-office friendly. Collaboration with regional teams and potential travel may be required to support U.S. market operations.
