About the Opportunity
A leading global insurance organization is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to support the modernization of digital sales tools used by independent agents and internal sales representatives.
This role sits within a large, well-established User Experience organization focused on building best-in-class digital experiences across quoting, customer service, and claims. The team emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and user-centered problem solving to drive meaningful business outcomes.
About the UX Team
- 80+ UX professionals including product designers, content designers, UX developers, and researchers
- Strong design community with shared standards, collaboration, and knowledge exchange
- Focus on delivering scalable, high-impact digital solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered solutions for complex, enterprise-scale sales tools
- Partner closely with product owners, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders
- Work within an agile environment, participating in daily ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, interactions, and experiences
- Identify research needs and participate in user research, concept testing, and usability testing
- Coordinate across multiple teams and product areas to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences
- Balance autonomy on assigned product teams with collaboration across the broader UX organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a related field
- Experience working with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, or Lean Startup methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following, with familiarity in others:
- UX design
- Visual design
- Prototyping
- Front-end development
- User research / experiment design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to present work and insights to senior leadership
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear user scenarios and flows
- Track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
