Role Overview
BlackRock is seeking a Vice President to lead Client Reporting Onboarding within the Client Experience (CX) organization.
This role sits within the Reporting Solutions function and is responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate client investment reporting across complex products. The VP will lead onboarding and production cycles, drive process improvements, and partner across client-facing, operations, and technology teams to enhance the client reporting experience.

This role operates at the intersection of reporting, onboarding, and operational excellence, with broad exposure across internal stakeholders and data providers.
Key Responsibilities
📊 Reporting & Onboarding Leadership
- Lead client reporting onboarding and production cycles
- Drive procedural improvements to enhance timeliness and accuracy
- Design and manage detailed workstream delivery plans
- Own governance frameworks and escalation management
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement
- Align cross-functional partners on priorities, risks, and outcomes
- Partner with client-facing teams to design and deploy reporting templates
- Build strong relationships across reporting, project, and data teams
⚙️ Process & Automation
- Lead business inputs into automation initiatives for client reporting
- Utilize tools such as Excel/VBA and Python to improve efficiency
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical project direction
- Develop solutions to complex operational challenges
What They’re Looking For
Experience
- 6–10 years in financial services, preferably asset management
- Experience leading teams with hands-on execution involvement
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple business functions
Technical & Operational Skills
- Familiarity with automation tools (VBA, Python desirable)
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities beyond immediate scope of responsibility
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Track record of developing talent and driving team performance
Compensation (Seattle, WA)
- Base Salary Range: $127,500 – $185,000 USD
- Eligible for discretionary annual bonus
