About the Global Partners Office (GPO)
The GPO enhances BlackRock’s client coverage model by:
- Coordinating firmwide client strategy and execution
- Strengthening executive-level relationships
- Driving enterprise-level commercial opportunities

Key Responsibilities
🌍 Strategic Client Partnership
- Strengthen enterprise partnerships with BlackRock’s most strategic clients
- Partner with Executive Sponsors to identify commercial opportunities
- Collaborate with external client counterparts to advance priorities
🤝 Executive Engagement & Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with relationship managers and channel leads
- Guide engagement strategies between BlackRock Global Executive Committee members and client executives
- Lead briefing preparation, agendas, and executive talking points
📈 Enterprise Coordination & Growth Strategy
- Lead account planning sessions to align teams around growth opportunities
- Organze executive partnership summits for key clients
- Drive strategic C-suite events and global initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver enterprise solutions
👥 Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor junior team members and support talent development
- Assist in broader business management and strategic initiatives

What They’re Looking For
Experience
- 6+ years in capital markets, investments, advisory, corporate development, or related fields
- Experience working with banks, insurers, or institutional investors preferred

Compensation (New York, NY)
- Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 USD
- Eligible for discretionary annual bonus
